My grocery store didn’t have the Gochujang, sauce but I topped it off with Sriracha instead…though I really think the dish didn’t even need Sriracha because the sauce mix is absolutely wonderful. I thought that, while the gochuchang has a little kick to it, it’s not as spicy as the pepper flakes and the depth of flavor really added to the dish.
